**Job Description for Telesales Executive position:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments for senior advisors and follow up on leads
- Proactively reach out to prospective and existing clients via phone to promote mutual fund products
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and client feedback
- Work closely with the sales and advisory teams to drive business growth

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages
- Basic understanding of mutual funds and investment products
- A persuasive, confident, and client-friendly approach
- Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism
- Good organizational and follow-up skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services or tele calling preferred, though freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,333.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
