**Job Title**: Marketing executive

**Nature of job**: Full time

**Location**:Jabalpur, MP

**Travel Required**:Yes

**Probation period**: Six months

**Start date**: As soon as possible

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**1. Market research and competitor analysis**: Devise innovative marketing strategies, researching competitor analysis, and keeping up with current market trends for offline and online marketing.

**2. Marketing to doctors and retailers**:Bring brand services and products to doctors, distributors and retailers for various product ranges such as extract capsules, herbal powders, herbal oils and more.

**3. Marketing strategies**: Play a key role in team in executing various marketing strategies (online and offline) and campaigns for products and services.

**4. Digital marketing aptitude**: Bringing digital mindset to company and lead with enhancing brand online presence. Support team to direct consumer channels to online platforms.

**5. Customer reviews**:Collating data on buying behavior of customers, analyzing and recording the same. Using testimonies and reviews on different platforms for brand promotion.

**6. Participate in exhibitions and events**: Support in planning and execution of virtual and offline company events. Bringing efficacious ideas to the team devise and execute campaigns and mini campaigns.

**7. Customer database**: Preparing and maintaining customer database on a regular basis**. **Extracting and analyzing patterns, identifying areas of improvements and implementing necessary optimization methods.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**

**1. **Bachelor’s in pharmacy /Diploma in Pharmacy or a relevant qualification in pharmacy

**2. **Work experience - 2 years in an ayurvedic/pharmaceutical/cosmetics company

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**

**1. **Experienced in various marketing models for herbal companies or relevant industry

**2. **Customer centric thought process

**3. **Self-starter and self-motivated

**4. **Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint

**5. **Proficient in English speaking and writing

**6. **Disciplined, punctual and professional at workplace environment

**7. **Openness to travel

**SALARY AND ALLOWANCES**

**1. **Salary on probation: INR9000 to INR12000 based on experience and skills

**2. **Salary after probation: INR11000 to INR14000 based on experience, skills and performance duration probation

**3**. Performance bonus based on skills and sales
