As a Factory Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process within our manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibility will be to operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely, ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of the production line. You will work closely with a team of skilled workers and supervisors to meet production targets, maintain product quality, and adhere to safety and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Operate and control various machines and equipment in the production line, such as assembly machines, conveyor belts, presses, molds, or packaging machines, depending on the specific industry and product.

Product Inspection: Regularly inspect products during the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met. Identify defects, if any, and report them to the supervisor for immediate action.

Material Handling: Responsible for handling raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods in a safe and efficient manner. This may include loading and unloading materials, moving items within the factory, and maintaining organized storage areas.

Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on machinery and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition. Notify maintenance personnel of any malfunctions or abnormalities and assist with minor troubleshooting when required.

Production Support: Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets, coordinating tasks effectively and efficiently. Follow work schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth production flow.

Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor promptly.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced, downtime, and any quality or machine-related issues. Input data into the company's production management system as required.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest ideas for process improvement and participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to machine operation and manufacturing processes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or any bachelor degree
- Proven experience as a Factory Operator or in a similar manufacturing role is advantageous but not always required, as some companies provide on-the-job training.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail to identify product defects and quality issues.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Adherence to safety regulations and a responsible approach to maintaining a safe work environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
