Job Description: IT Audit and GRC Executive

Location: Gurgaon (90% On-Site, 10% Remote)

**Salary**: INR 5-6 Lacs a year

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. ISO 27001 GRC Activities
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
- Conduct internal audits as per ISO 27001 standards and support external audit readiness.
- Maintain compliance documentation and manage corrective actions.

2. Information Security
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
- Support in drafting, reviewing, and updating information security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to security best practices.

3. Troubleshooting and Monitoring
- Monitor IT systems and networks for vulnerabilities and threats.
- Troubleshoot security incidents and provide timely resolutions.

4. Training and Awareness
- Conduct regular security awareness sessions for employees.
- Promote a culture of information security within the organization.

Key Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: Graduate with good computer literacy.
- Certifications: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (LA) or Lead Implementer (LI) certification.

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in Information Security, ISO 27001 Standard, SOC 2, SOC 1, Cybersecurity, or GRC
- Demonstrated ability to self-learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Zeal and enthusiasm for personal and professional growth.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.
