- Role profile:

- Establish and maintain a system of internal control/ SOPs etc. Conducting Internal Audits as per audit calendar planned.- IT audits through query / tool access to trace anomalies in process- Own the ITGC controls, Access controls (SOD-SAT) with SAP team- Conduct risk assessment of all departments and report risks and control gaps to the Directors with recommendations- Reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the CFO and Company Board and provides recommendations- Review the responses to internal and external audit management letter queries to ensure that recommendations are implemented and ensure that all action items are resolved- Evaluate information security and associated risk exposures- Evaluate regulatory compliance program All other duties as reasonably requested- Function:

- Skills:

- Stakeholder management and equally should demonstrate the business processes firmly.- Strong written and verbal communication.- Understanding of business process.- Address issues and effect change- Sound Knowledge of Accounts, Manufacturing, Audit and Legal.- Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant
- Experience:

- 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Controls, SAP GRC, Accounting and Auditing. (Retail and Manufacturing Industry experience preferred)
