**Experience**: 6 months to 3 years (in B2B sales within the solar industry or related industries such as spare parts, automotive, etc.)
**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month
**Benefits**: Flexible work options (5 days work from home or 1 day from office)
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in the solar industry and related sectors.**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present and promote solar products and services to potential clients, demonstrating their value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience: 6 months to 3 years in B2B sales within the solar industry or related sectors (spare parts, automotive, etc.).**:
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
