Job Summary
- As a Senior MIS Executive in the manufacturing industry, your role likely involves managing and analyzing large volumes of data to optimize operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive strategic decision-making. Here are some key responsibilities and tasks you might handle:
Data Management: Overseeing the collection, storage, and organization of data from various sources such as network operations, customer interactions, sales, and marketing.

Reporting and Analysis: Generating regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) including subscriber numbers, revenue, churn rates, network performance, etc. Conducting in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.

Dashboard Development: Designing and maintaining interactive dashboards for real-time monitoring of critical metrics. These dashboards can provide executives and stakeholders with a snapshot of the business's performance.

Forecasting and Predictive Analytics: Using historical data and statistical modeling techniques to forecast future demand, anticipate network capacity requirements, and predict customer behavior.

System Optimization: Continuously evaluating and optimizing management information systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability. This may involve implementing new software tools, automating processes, or improving data quality.

Strategic Planning Support: Providing data-driven insights to support strategic planning initiatives such as network expansion, product development, pricing strategies, and market segmentation.

Compliance and Governance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to data privacy, security, and reporting standards such as GDPR, FCC regulations, etc.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as IT, finance, marketing, and operations to align MIS initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities.

Training and Development: Providing training and guidance to junior staff members on data analysis techniques, software tools, and best practices in MIS.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
