What Makes You Stand Out:

- Experience of **data mining (web scraping) **for lead generation with the **knowledge of**

**python**.

Main Responsibilities:

- Research and understand the **real estate industry **to identify high-quality leads using the help of the Sales & Marketing team.
- Regularly obtain and implement feedback from stakeholders about the quality of the leads.
- Constantly enrich database sources and techniques for extracting the data
- Keep the internal database up to date
- Build data mining processes, technology, and materials

Skills and Knowledge Required:

- Microsoft **Excel**:

- **Data mining tools **for lead generation
- **Scrapping tools **and techniques
- Knowledge of **sales intelligence platforms **(Zoominfo, Apollo.io, etc)
- Knowledge of **Hubspot **is a plus
- **Python **is a plus (who can **automate **the process)

How will you contribute to the results of the company:

- You will meet database volume and health targets
- You will own the database generation responsibility in all aspects
- You will identify new methods for gathering data

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
