We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our institution as a **Faculty member **specializing in Patient Care Assistant or Nursing Field.
- Preparing and delivering courses, ensuring they are engaging for students.
- Developing and implementing individual training plans for students that need it.
- Conducting assessments and supporting students who are ill or can’t make it for personal reasons.
- Completing and maintaining training records and assessment documentation, passing along to students and employers, educational institutions or government agencies when necessary.
- Recording and reporting on student attendance and progress throughout the course.
- Maintaining current training and qualifications.

**Qualifications **:ANM/ GNM /PCA or Any other diploma in Nursing Field

**Experience **:Minimum 1 year Experience in Teaching Field

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (required)
