Position: Associate - Corporate Legal & Transaction Advisory

Location: Corporate Office - Hyderabad

Strategic Business Unit (SBU) - Corporate Legal & Transaction Advisory

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
To assist, develop and execute work in corporate legal and transaction advisory. It is a client facing business function.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and advising on commercial contracts.
- Conducting legal due diligence for companies.
- Experience in Transaction advisory.
- Advising start-ups in venture capital transactions and assisting them with all the documentation for fund raising and working on the closure of transaction.
- Understanding the legal requirements of the client and putting up the proposal specific to their ask.
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, share subscription agreements, investment agreements, and other ancillary documents as a part of the Investment deal.
