**❖ Faculty Require in Urgent Basis**:
1. Assistant Professor in Perspectives in Education

2. Assistant Professor in English (Pedagogic Courses)

3. Assistant Professor in Physical Science (Pedagogic Courses)

**❖ Qualifications A. Perspectives in Education or Foundation Courses**

(i) Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences with minimum 55% marks; and

(ii) M.Ed. degree from a recognised university with minimum 55% marks.

(iii) NET or Ph.D.

or

(i) Postgraduate (MA) degree in Education with minimum 5S% marks; and

(ii) B.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks.

(iii) NET or Ph.D.

**B. Curriculum and Pedagogic Courses**

(i) Postgraduate degree in Sciences/ Mathematical Social Sciences/ Languages with minimum 55% marks, and

(ii) M.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks.

(iii) NET or Ph.D.

**❖ Desirable Qualification**

Teaching Experience: Significant experience in teaching at the college or university level, preferably in B.Ed. programs. A minimum of 5-7 years of teaching experience is often expected.

Understanding of NAAC Criteria: Experience in handling NAAC accreditation processes, including preparation of Self-Study Reports (SSR), internal quality assessments.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret various data sets related to educational quality and accreditation standards.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, documentation, and interacting with stakeholders.

Research Aptitude: An inclination towards educational research and publication in reputed journals.

Professional Development: Continuous engagement in professional development activities, workshops, seminars, and conferences related to education and quality assurance
