**Job Summary**: The Storekeeper cum Accountant will be responsible for managing inventory, creating Bills of Materials (BOM), handling material inward and outward, issuing invoices, and entering data into our Busy software. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of accounting principles and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with records.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to replenish inventory as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
- **Bills of Materials (BOM) Making**:

- Create and maintain BOM for various products.
- Update BOMs as necessary based on production requirements and changes.
- **Material Inward and Outward**:

- Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity.
- Record material receipts and issue materials to production as needed.
- Manage the documentation and tracking of material movement.
- **Invoicing**:

- Prepare and issue invoices for products sold and services rendered.
- Ensure invoices are accurate and comply with company policies and customer agreements.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with the accounts receivable team for collections.
- **Data Entry into Busy Software**:

- Accurately enter inventory, material movement, and financial data into Busy software.
- Maintain up-to-date records and generate reports as required.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
