**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure appropriate storage and labeling of all supplies and equipment in the restaurant
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare regular inventory reports
- Unpack deliveries and organize supplies in their designated locations
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the storeroom
- Order and restock all necessary supplies in a timely manner
- Manage and monitor food waste and ensure proper disposal procedures
- Assist with the preparation and counting of all necessary items for weekly and monthly inventory checks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or similar role
- Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors and other departments in the restaurant
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
