We are looking for driven and result-oriented L1 Counselors to engage with potential learners, understand their career goals, and provide guidance on suitable upGrad programs. The role involves effective lead management, counseling, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth conversions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with leads and counsel them on suitable upGrad programs.
- Understand learners' career goals and recommend appropriate courses.
- Manage end-to-end student interactions from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on potential leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve conversion targets.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Good understanding of education and career counseling processes.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).

**Experience**:

- 1+ years of pre sales experience ( preferably in EdTech)
- Tele calling is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold callings.
- CRM
- Customer Service.
- Time management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
