Coordinate client interviews

Strong Keyword/Boolean Search

End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, scheduling, offer generation.

Vendor / Customer Communication

**Requirements**:
Qualification, Skills, and Experience
- BE / B Tech / MBA / MCA / BSC
- Very good with MS office (EXCEL, Power Point, Word)
- Excellent in Spoken and written communication
- 1 years recruiting experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective negotiating skills
- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
- Familiarity with online job-hunting websites

**Benefits**

Salary

For Freshers without Experience - They can join us as a Trainee Recruiter with a Fixed Stipend of INR 10000 /-. Post the completion of training, they can join as a recruiter with a Salary of 12000 to 15000 (depending upon performance during training)

For those with 1 to 3 Years of Experience in Recruitment - Salary would be INR12000 - 15000/- Per Month and will be appointed as IT recruiter

**Work from Home option is not available**
