**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input data related to shipments, client details, and invoices into the company’s systems.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain and update records of transactions, shipments, and customer details.
- Generate reports as needed for internal and client purposes.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in preparing documentation for courier, air freight, and sea freight shipments.
- Handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum Class 12th with Good English
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a data entry role, preferably in logistics, is an advantage.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
- Familiarity with logistics software or CRM systems is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Other Requirements**: Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
