*Job Summary* As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our company database. Your role is crucial in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our data management systems. *Responsibilities* - Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner - Enter data from various sources into the computer system - Verify accuracy and completeness of data - Perform data collection and data entry tasks - Process orders and update records as needed - Type documents, reports, and correspondence - Assist with administrative tasks as required *Skills* - Strong organizational skills to manage data efficiently - Proficiency in basic math for accurate data entry - Ability to file and organize information systematically - Experience with data collection and order entry processes - Clerical skills for handling paperwork effectively - Typing proficiency to transcribe information accurately - Computer literacy to operate and computerize data entry tasks - Administrative skills to support office operations
