**Job Description: Evaluator**
Position: On Contractual Basis | Location: Bangalore | Compensation: Based on Interview

**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Evaluate Student Submissions: Accurately assess student responses submitted through the app based on defined criteria.
Generate Assessment Reports: Provide clear, structured, and insightful reports highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
Ensure Fair and Accurate Evaluation: Maintain consistency and objectivity in scoring.
Timely Completion: Complete evaluations within the assigned timeframe to ensure prompt feedback.
Maintain Confidentiality: Handle student data with the highest level of privacy and professionalism.

**Qualifications**
Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Education or related field preferred).
Experience: 2+ years of experience in teaching, assessment, or evaluation.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for evaluation and report generation.
