ROLE: EVALUATOR

LOCATION: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections at customer locations, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Report inspection results and working conditions through the Spinny app.
  • Manage communications effectively, ensuring all client interactions are completed within the designated timeframes.
  • Begin daily operations with the first inspection scheduled promptly at 10:00 AM.

Position requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a technician or mechanic.
  • ITI or Diploma in a relevant field is mandatory.
  • Service Advisor Experience would not be considered.
  • We wont accept applications with prior experience with our competitor companies.
  • Employment with OEM-based companies like Mahindra First Choice or Maruti True Value is highly desirable.
  • Candidates with plant or manufacturing-based experience will not be considered.
  • Candidate should have ability to read and understand basic English.
  • Valid drivers license and proficient driving skills are essential.
  • Field-based role requiring visits to customers' locations for car evaluations. Therefore, motorcycle is required for field visits, and fuel expenses will be reimbursed.
  • Before joining there would be one-month training program, company would cover travel, food, and accommodation costs.
