**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented **International Sales Executives** to join our team for an Australian Energy Process. As a part of our growing international sales division, you will engage with Australian customers to promote energy-related products and services while maintaining excellent service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact Australian customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- Use sales scripts to guide conversations and generate interest.
- Answer questions about products and the organization in a clear, confident manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer objections, grievances, and complaints professionally.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Go the “extra mile” to convert leads into successful sales.

**Required Experience**:

- **Minimum 6 months to 1 year** in International Sales or BPO (Australian process experience preferred).

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain cool-tempered.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
