1. Working with and managing small teams
2. Working on actively contributing towards ideating intriguing and engaging content for our social media pages
3. Working on brainstorming new and creative growth strategies to gather opportunities for sponsorships
4. Working on identifying market trends and making recommendations based on insights; interacting with strategic partners, arranging and coordinating interviews and proactively focusing on employing benevolent, balanced, and diverse individuals.
5. Working on building trust and relationships with business leaders/clients
6. Working and thriving in a fast-paced environment and plan includes activities to encourage healthy social relationships at the workplace

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹320,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
