**The position - Job level 3**
- Support affiliates in Region APAC to fulfil targets set by the Team Leader and GBS Finance Management.
- Perform general ledger postings and manual postings of incoming and outgoing payments. Upload postings from Excel to SAP and manage month-end accruals and GIT postings.
- Conduct bank reconciliations including Sarbox controls and daily identification, research, and follow-up of payments.
- Process intercompany transactions and ensure reconciliation of accounts and correct accounting flow.
- Participate in projects and initiatives regarding optimisation of processes and maintain regular updates of SOPs.

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent) with 1-4 years of experience within an accounting/economy function in a larger organization.
- Experience working with SAP ERP system both FI/CO and SD.
- Experience with accounts receivables tasks including intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Good accounting knowledge and ERP (SAP) system knowledge.
- Experience with international bank transfers and reconciliations.
- System interfaces to ERP are preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office) and good communication skills (oral & written).
