- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant documents
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenditures and comparing budgets to actual expenses
- Perform basic accounting tasks, such as recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts
- Prepare, issue, and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing processes
- Follow-up with vendors, suppliers, customers and clients.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations
- Provide support in analyzing financial data and trends to assist in decision
- making processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the finance team
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and financial reviews

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Education: Completed their graduation or master's in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience working in a chartered accountant (CA) firm or similar environment is a plus
