We are looking for a **Finance Associate** to join our team at CIED Cochin.

**Responsibilities**
- Salary and other payment transfers
- Prioritizing payments based on available fund and updating requirements to management
- Invoicing and payment follow-ups with clients
- Client and third-party service contracts
- Projections (based on data collected from HR and management)
- Maintaining accounts - Bank statements into tally & excels
- GST, TDS, ESI, PF all statutory handling (addition, deletion, updating etc)
- Salary slip generation and payroll adjustment in Keka. Run entire payroll activities through keka.
- Handling any finance related queries from team members
- Maintain a proper system in bill keeping & run CIED Accounts effectively

**Must Haves**
- CA Intermediate pass with 1- 2 years experience
- Team player
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Can work independently but also within a team
- Can do, proactive, positive and collaborative demeanor
