**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a sharp and organized *MIS Expert* to lead our data reporting, dashboard management, and customer issue tracking. This role supports multiple teams and Customer Service, by ensuring data accuracy and resolving escalations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**MIS & Reporting**
- Design and maintain *daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports* across departments (sales performance, attendance, student engagement, payouts, etc.).
- Develop dashboards using *Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools* for performance tracking.
- Create and manage trackers for team performance, mentor productivity, and revenue contribution.
- Analyze trends, gaps, and provide actionable insights from operational data.

**Customer Service Support**
- Maintain and monitor the *IRET (Issue Resolution Escalation Tracker)* to ensure timely resolution of student/parent/mentor issues.
- Coordinate with the academic, support, and operations teams to address escalated concerns.
- Track issue patterns and generate reports for process improvement.
- Ensure accurate logging of resolutions and follow-ups in the CRM or shared tracker.
- Provide weekly summaries of open and closed IRET cases to management.

**Requirements**:*
- 2-4 years of experience in *MIS / Operations / Customer Support Coordination*.
- Proficiency in *Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, advanced formulas)* and *Google Sheets*.
- Experience in *IRET/CRM or ticket tracking systems* is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with BI tools like *Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio* is a plus.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and ability to manage data under pressure.
