As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your goal is to drive user acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth while ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) for our marketing spend.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage performance marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Analyze campaign performance and key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Perform A/B testing and data analysis to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and user flows for optimal performance.
- Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with brand and product goals.
- Manage budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring efficient spend allocation and maximizing ROI.
- Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other marketing metrics.
- Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve performance marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (X+ years) as a Performance Marketer or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, or other tracking tools.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams including creative, product, and analytics teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- A growth mindset, with a passion for learning and improving marketing strategies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices.
- Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets and driving high-value customer acquisitions.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
