**Job Title**: Oracle Cloud WMS / Inventory / Costing Functional Consultant

**Job Mode**: Remote

**Job Profile**: Functional Consultant / Lead/ SME

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily functional support and issue resolution for Oracle Cloud **WMS, Inventory, and Costing** modules.
- Collaborate with end users to understand business processes and address functional issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot errors related to inventory transactions, WMS flows, and cost calculations.
- Ensure system accuracy and data integrity across WMS, Inventory, and Costing modules.
- Document solutions, configuration updates, and user training materials.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution, enhancements, and data fixes.
- Participate in release testing, patch impact analysis, and regression testing.
- Work within ITIL-based ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira to track and manage support tickets.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ** 7+ years of functional experience** in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP, with at least **3+ years in Oracle Cloud**.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud **WMS**, **Inventory (INV)**, and **Costing** modules.
- Proven experience in support projects and production environments.
- Good understanding of Oracle Cloud configurations, setups, and transaction flows.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot functional issues, and liaise with business users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work during PST hours (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST).
- Oracle Cloud Certification in WMS, Inventory, or Costing modules will be a plus.
