**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **incoming and outgoing customer calls** in a **professional and friendly manner**.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests **efficiently**.
- Provide **service booking assistance** and ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update **CRM tools**.
- Work closely with the **operations and service teams** to ensure smooth service execution.
- Handle customer escalations and provide timely **resolutions or follow-ups**.
- Ensure **customer satisfaction and retention** by delivering top-notch support.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum 1 year experience in a call center or customer support role**.
**Fluent in Hindi, English and Telugu** (must be able to communicate clearly with a diverse customer base).
Strong **written and verbal communication skills**.
Ability to handle **high-volume calls and resolve issues with patience and professionalism**.
Proficiency in using **CRM software, Google Sheets, and customer support tools** is a plus.
