Global Shares Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Global Shares Integration Associate is an individual contributor role. As integration associate for Global Shares program in Operational Transformation & Strategy (OTS) team you will support the Global Shares Operations Workstream for data integration and reconciliation initiative. You may be involved in multiple projects or initiatives to perform fit-gap analysis to identify future state operating model, new transformation / automation opportunities, or system modifications, drive execution of strategic / medium/low complexity integration / automation solutions. Through strong partnership with Business, Operations and Technology counterparts you will support the integration of share plan functionality within the CIB technology infrastructure and design the operational and technology support model. You will work extensively with technology, AWM business and strategy partners and CIB operations to identify technology and operational gaps and write and help deliver requirements. This role will require an ability to deal with complex business challenges, tight deadlines, competing priorities and interaction with the senior management team.

**Job responsibilities**
- Lead the analysis for integration with the existing reconciliation infrastructure
- Coordinate with various areas of Operations, Middle Office, Finance, Technology, and Senior Management to build business requirements, procedures and processes
- Project analysis, including documenting business requirements, detailing issues and risks, and drafting business processes and data flows. Data analysis, including data collection, synthesis, and translation of results into concrete actionable solutions
- Identify gaps between applicable requirements and current procedures/controls and participate in driving resolution of mitigating controls
- With guidance, develop and implement solutions that strengthen business operating models, enhance the client experience, and improve efficiency and controls

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 2 - 5 years broker dealer operational experience
- Strong analytical and project management Skills
- Detail oriented, strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, client -focused
- Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Experience with Broadridge systems and technology workflows
- Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives
- Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize issues/workload
- Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives
