**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair gym equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, and strength training machines
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and perform repairs as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
- Collaborate with gym staff to identify and prioritize equipment maintenance and repair needs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to gym members and staff
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices for gym equipment maintenance and repair

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g. mechanical repair, maintenance)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field (e.g. mechanical repair, electronics) preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with gym equipment brands such as Life Fitness, Precor, or Matrix
- Certification in a related field (e.g., mechanical repair, electronics)
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Working Conditions:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
