The **Garment Production & Merchandising Coordinator** will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of production and merchandising activities. This role involves closely following up with different teams, tracking timelines, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring that production and merchandising run efficiently without direct involvement from the Directors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Coordination**:

- Monitor the entire production process, from fabric sourcing to final output, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with production managers, merchandisers, and quality control teams to ensure efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and delays in production and take necessary actions to resolve them.
- Ensure that raw materials, trims, and accessories are available in time to avoid production delays.
- Track factory capacity and ensure smooth workflow distribution.

**Merchandising & Order Management**:

- Follow up with the merchandising team to ensure that all orders are processed on time.
- Ensure that production meets customer specifications in terms of quality, style, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the sampling team to ensure accurate and timely sample approvals.
- Maintain records of order confirmations, production schedules, and delivery timelines.

**Quality & Compliance Oversight**:

- Ensure all production activities adhere to quality standards and compliance regulations.
- Work closely with the quality control team to identify defects and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct random quality checks and escalate any major quality concerns.

**Communication & Reporting**:

- Act as the bridge between the production and merchandising teams and the Directors.
- Provide regular updates on order status, delays, and corrective actions.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports summarizing production progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Follow up on pending tasks assigned to teams and ensure they are completed within the committed time frame.

**Process Improvement & Efficiency**:

- Identify inefficiencies in the production and merchandising process and suggest improvements.
- Ensure team accountability and improve workflow efficiency without the need for direct intervention from the Directors.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking all tasks and responsibilities.
