**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and parents based on leads provided.
- Provide accurate information about courses, programs, admission procedures, and benefits.
- Understand the needs and interests of students to recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes on Spreadsheets.
- Handle inquiries politely and professionally, resolving doubts and concerns.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions teams to schedule appointments and close enrollments.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages (if needed).
- Confidence in handling telephonic conversations with clarity and persuasion.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
- Prior experience in the education sector or tele sales is a plus.
- Excellent Freshers profile can also be considered.

**Schedule of Work**
Mondays
- Saturdays: 10 am -6 pm.

**Place of Work-** Khar West (2 min from the station)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
