**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation, customization, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
- Manage day-to-day operations of Dynamics 365, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring optimal functionality and data integrity.
- Provide user training and create documentation for system processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, or related modules).
- Knowledge of business processes and workflows in CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or other related tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
