**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and optimize innovative growth strategies across digital channels.
- Analyze user data, campaign performance, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Lead A/B testing and experiments to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify and execute growth initiatives.
- Create viral growth strategies and build referral programs.
- Use SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies for business expansion.
- Track and report on KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and goal achievement.
- Engage in user feedback and competitor analysis for strategy adjustments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; additional certifications in Growth Hacking are a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition channels and conversion funnels.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with growth and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, A/B testing platforms).

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
