**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Develop and execute creative growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and development teams to identify high-impact growth opportunities-
- Analyze and monitor key growth metrics, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement- A/B test new strategies, landing pages, and user journeys to enhance user engagement and increase conversions- Lead data-driven experiments to discover new marketing channels and scale them effectively- Use marketing automation tools to optimize customer experiences and nurture lead generation**What We Require**:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or performance marketing, particularly within the IT industry- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and data analytics- Experience in paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)- A deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, lead generation, and retention strategies- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and a results-driven approach- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across teams
