**As a School Coordinator Marketing,**

you will be responsible for engaging with educational institutions, particularly schools, to promote and organize quiz competition programs. Your primary focus will be on establishing relationships with school principals or directors, persuading them to host these events, and ensuring successful execution. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **School Visits**: Regularly visit schools within the designated territory to identify potential opportunities for quiz competition programs.

2. **Client Meetings**: Schedule and conduct meetings with school principals or directors to present the benefits of organizing quiz competitions and secure their commitment.

3. **Presentation and Persuasion**: Deliver persuasive presentations, highlighting the educational and extracurricular benefits of participating in quiz competitions, and address any concerns or objections raised by school authorities.

4. **Event Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate all aspects of the quiz competition program, including participant registration, logistics, and event promotion.

5. **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with school stakeholders, including principals, teachers, and administrative staff, to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.

6. **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from participating schools to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and refine future event offerings.

**Competition Structure**:

All Students will get a participation Certificate. Three toppers from each class will get the opportunity to compete in level 2.

**Level Two - Inter-School Quiz Competition**:
The second level is an Inter-School Quiz Competition, where the toppers from level -1 will compete with the other school toppers. (Class Wise Competition) This level promises not only intellectual challenges but also exciting rewards. The Level Two toppers will receive ₹2100, certificates, medals, and a prestigious trophy. Furthermore, they will earn the privilege of advancing to the third and final level (State Level Competition)

**Level Three - State-Level Quiz Competition**:
The ultimate stage is the State-Level Quiz Competition, where the Level Two toppers will compete for the grand prize. The State-Level toppers will be awarded ₹51,000, certificates presented by the Education Minister, and medals and trophies to commemorate their achievements.
