**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Management**:

- Assist the Medical Superintendent in managing day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of medical, paramedical, and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and hospital policies.
- **Clinical Oversight**:

- Oversee clinical services to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Monitor medical service delivery to maintain and improve quality care standards.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure effective patient flow and minimize delays in treatment.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and oversee hospital quality assurance programs, infection control measures, and safety protocols.
- Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and address grievances efficiently.
- **Resource Management**:

- Assist in managing hospital resources, including staffing, equipment, and facilities, for optimal operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure readiness for emergency situations.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Contribute to the development of strategic hospital plans aimed at improving services and expanding capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior management in budget planning, resource allocation, and policy development.
- **Liaison and Communication**:

- Serve as a liaison between hospital management, medical staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication between medical and non-medical departments to address operational issues.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: MBBS Or BAMS with a Master's in Hospital Administration (MHA) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in hospital administration, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
