**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals for clients.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other vendors for bookings and confirmations.
- Manage tour operations from inquiry to post-travel feedback.
- Handle documentation including visa assistance, travel insurance, and vouchers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Monitor ongoing tours and handle any operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain and update tour costing sheets and supplier databases.
- Support the sales team with itinerary design and operational insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- **1½ to 2 years of experience** in a travel agency or tour operations role is **a must**.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
