**What You'll Bring**:
**Platform owner**
- Platform owner for Adviser/Trigger, Stakeholder communication, Escalation metrics, Capacity management & Forecasting, coordination with product team and development team for enhancement & release management

**Planning**
- Plan for global standard framework deployment
- Coordination with internal team ,technical partner & vendors
- Understand the business and be able to provide technology inputs to improvise the system, generate dashboards & reports for MIS

**Support**
- Enable process optimization with the help of automation
- Refine and automate regular processes, track and document issues and changes
- Ensure high level of performance, availability, sustainability and security of the production system

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Qualification: B.E in IT is preferable Product Management or a related field
- 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in IT service delivery and Handling production system with L1 and L2 Roles
- Flexibility to travel as needed
- Executive presence and assertiveness
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations
- Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills
- High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results
- Prior experience of managing and upgrading production system critical to business
- Experience on Redis ,Kafka & PostgreSQL, AWS will be added advantage
