**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill)

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website assets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design strategies
- Maintain brand consistency through all graphical and visual outputs
- Develop and update product packaging designs aligning with our natural and herbal product line
- Liaise with the printing and production department to ensure the quality and accuracy of final outputs
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and software to ensure our designs are cutting-edge
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines
- Receive feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs to meet client and team expectations
