**Job Title**: Customer Support & Sales Executive
**Location**: Kharadi, Pune (Work From Office Only)
**Shift Timings**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with service-related queries
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into walk-ins or bookings
- Promote services during client interactions and upsell relevant packages
- Maintain accurate records of client conversations in CRM/Google Sheets
- Coordinate with the in-clinic team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
- Address client concerns politely and escalate issues when needed
- Participate in promotional campaigns and customer satisfaction surveys

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate or final-year student (any stream)
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi and English** (Marathi is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/MS Excel)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Must be available full-time and work from the clinic (no remote work)
