**Job Summary**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Management: Maintain and update the marketing database with accurate and organized information on leads, campaign metrics, and other relevant data points.
- Lead Review and Qualification: Monitor and review incoming leads from various marketing channels, ensuring they are properly categorized and passed on to the appropriate sales team for follow-up.
- Coordination with Managers: Act as the primary point of contact between the marketing team and other departments or managers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on marketing goals and strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing data to evaluate the performance of campaigns, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve lead generation efforts.
- Content Support: Collaborate with content creators to develop and distribute relevant marketing materials to engage leads and support overall campaign objectives.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve marketing processes, including lead management, data handling, and campaign reporting, to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead status, campaign performance, and other key marketing metrics to provide insights to the team and senior management.

- **Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or data management role, preferably within the education or technology sectors.

- Strong organizational and data management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with team members and managers.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, CRM tools and marketing software.
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and generate insights.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and lead generation tactics.
