Role & Responsibility:
- 1. Practices in Tally/ ERP/ EXCEL MAKING/ CHECKING VOUCHER INVOICE/BILLS: BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF FINANCIAL RULES/TERMS.
- **Client Acquisition & Retention**: Identify and target potential clients, manage inbound leads, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- **Sales Presentations & Proposals**: Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s products or services. Develop customized proposals based on client requirements.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring the successful conversion of leads into active accounts.
- **Account Management**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving any issues or concerns promptly. Ensure the clients’ expectations are met and that services are delivered according to agreed-upon terms.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**: Meet and exceed individual sales targets, report on progress, and forecast future sales. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems.
- **Collaboration**: Work with internal teams (marketing, customer support, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer service.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new business and service improvements.
- **Product Knowledge**: Continuously improve product knowledge and stay informed about new features and offerings that can benefit clients.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
