The job requires design engineer to work part time or full time from our Office during our office hours of 09 am to 9 pm. (Work from home aspirants should not apply)

Infrastructure including systems and softwares etc. would be provided by the company.

Associate should have atleast 2-3 years of hands-on 3D CAD CAM and VMC operation. Worked on Fusion 360.

**Work Location**: 22-23-24, Dharma Industrial Estate, Gat Number 74-75, Jyotiba Nagar, Talwade, Nigdi, Pune 411062

**Responsibilities**:
Machining knowledge and strong CAM and/or G-CODE programming fundamentals

Study design briefs and determine requirements

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, and specifications.

Design, develop and engineer high-quality models using 3D and 2D CAD tools

Plan and execute manufacturing processes individually or as a team

Use of CAD to create part models and geometry as needed.

Create documentation for assembly drawings, Bill of Materials etc.

Develop a standard library of commonly used CAD parts that can be built into a digital toolbox.

Maintain revision and quality control on programs, tool sheets, and setup documentation.

Machining knowledge and strong programming fundamentals

**Skills/personal qualities**:
Ability to ask the right questions efficiently to gain the correct understanding of the assignment.

Training and associated certifications or a degree in CAD/CAM would be preferred

Spatial imagination and methodical understanding

Hands-on expertise in using various designing software and technologies such as FreeCAD, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro E, Catia, Solid Edge, MS office etc. and flexibility to adopt and learn new tools and technologies

Good Knowledge of Tool Room, Materials and various manufacturing processes, Machine Tools and Cutting Tools is preferred.

Work individually or as a team on continuous improvement efforts.

Great attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written - English and Hindi (Marathi - optional), organizational, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Flexible to stretch working hours in case required

Organized, dependable and detail-oriented
