**Job Purpose**:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overall production targets achieving with quality and delivery use with available resources/ arrangement

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Helps manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results
- Studying materials and specifications
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Calculating requirements
- Generate CAM program for a variety of machines, including not limited to: 5Axis -4Axis and 3 Axis milling machines, Turn mills, lathes, vertical machining centers and wire electrical discharge machine, etc.
- Create CAM Datasheets and tool setup sheets as per process planning output
- Control the handling of CNC programs from the server to CNC Machines
- Create and maintain the part manufacturing process
- Handle troubleshooting machine-related issues (Tool, Manufacturing process &Mechanical)
- Planning stock inventory and ordering parts if required
- Following safety procedures and regulations PPE Supervising the machines
