**About the Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven **Business Development & Sales Intern** to support our sales team in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the **sales cycle**, from prospecting to closing, along with valuable insights into the corporate travel and services industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
- **Sales Support**: Work closely with the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- **Follow-ups**: Coordinate and follow up on client inquiries to ensure timely responses and relationship building.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain client information, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
- **Market Research**: Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and tracking action items.
- Support in **client servicing** and post-sales communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed **BBA/MBA** or a relevant degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Interest in **sales, client relationship management, and business growth**.
