- Curriculum and Lesson Plan Design & Development on Values, Life Skills & SEL for

Children aged 3 yrs to 16 yrs (Delivered in Schools + Direct to Child)
- Events Design for Children, Parents &/or Teachers based on Values, Life Skills & SEL

(Online/Offline)
- Impact Assessment of overall curriculum & content through fair, scientific & accurate

methods
- Out Reach Content - Content for Program Proposals, Short Conference Stage Talks,
- Content Management - Ensuring safe & structured storage of Proprietary content of Val
- Ed.
- Team Management - Overseeing Recruitment & Onboarding of Content Developers,

setting delivery expectations, Guidance & Mentoring, Coordinating & Collaborating with

Consultants, Freelancers for timely and quality execution of projects

Experience, Skills and Qualifications for this role:

- Post Graduate with a degree from recognized state/central/private university
- Prior experience in designing curriculum & developing lesson plans for children & adults in

educational institutions
- Prior experience of leading a team of professionals in education industry for atleast 3

years
- Must have atleast 2 year experience of working on projects in at least one of the following
- Values Education/Life Skills Education/Well-Being/Social Emotional

Learning/Character Education
- High level of written & spoken proficiency in English & speaking proficiency in Kannada &
Hindi

**Location**:
Work from Office, Malleswaram, Bangalore

Working Days & Time:
Mon - Fri every week + 2 Saturdays/month

10 am to 6 pm
- Active on mail, whatsapp & phone
- Skills in MS Office (word, excel, ppt, etc), online tools such as Google drive, google

sheets, forms, etc.), video and audio tools (Zoom, Google hangouts, Teams etc)
- Penchant to learning & incorporating new Online & Offline Teaching Tools/Techniques
- Initiative, adaptability and willingness to go beyond your specific roles and tasks,

whenever required.
- Thinking and problem-solving skills - assessing situations, identifying problems and

solutions, analyzing, innovating, etc.

Working Clauses
- This is a Full Time Job
- Will have to sign binding legal contract with Val-Ed Initiatives regarding confidentiality of

content, pedagogy, client, length of service, post exit clause etc

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
