**Field Sales Executive (Delhi NCR - Hybrid Role)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their digital marketing needs and propose solutions from Internet Monk's offerings.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to craft customized proposals and strategies tailored to client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities to seize new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's client base growth in Delhi NCR.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in the service sector with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing strategies like SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex digital marketing concepts effectively.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to drive business growth and retain clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools for effective client management.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with **top digital platforms or companies like Paytm, Justdial, etc.,** is highly desirable.
- Freshers with a keen interest in sales and digital marketing are encouraged; we provide comprehensive training and support.
