Job Description
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Ph.D in Management discipline
- Minimum of 3-year experience as Associate Professor in a leading, ranked business school
- Experience of leading one or more accreditation process.
**Job Description**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive accreditation strategy for K J Somaiya Institute of Management (KJSIM) aligned with the Institute's vision and strategic goals.
- Lead the Institute's self-study process for accreditation, including data collection, analysis, and report writing.
- Liaise with national and international accrediting bodies to understand accreditation standards and requirements.
- Coordinate and manage accreditation visits from external reviewers.
- Anticipate potential problem blind spots.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on accreditation to faculty, staff, and students.
- Identify areas for improvement based on accreditation feedback reports and implement action plans to address them.
- Foster a culture of quality assurance within the Institute.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in accreditation standards and best practices across relevant universities through in-depth benchmarking.
- Represent the Institute in all forums related to accreditations.
