Job Description

Required Qualification and Experience:

- Ph.D in one of the management disciplines from a well-recognized and ranked university
- At least 15 years of experience academic institutions (business schools) of which min 3 years at the level of professor position.
- Prior experience of developing academic programs will be an advantage.
- Industry experience of 3 to 5 years will also be an advantage.

**Job Description**:

- Develop process to evolving needs of stakeholders an incorporate in academic programs.
- Utilize, improve curriculum evaluation framework to decide courses in a program.
- Conduct comprehensive benchmarking to identify best practices in pedagogy design and program delivery.
- Ensure uniform implementation of pedagogy and teaching excellence to maximize graduate outcomes.
- Develop strong relationship with industry and alumni (with support of respective stakeholders)
- Work closely with accreditation team so our programs meet global and local standards.
- MIS on student progression, faculty impact and other related areas.

- Proven leadership and demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate faculty members and academic staff to achieve excellence in program delivery.
